Bachelor thesis provides an analysis of the football club FC Slovan Rosice and subsequent optimization of its organizational structure . The work is divided into three parts. In the first theoretical resources , the second will discuss the functioning of the club through the analysis of the organizational structure, SWOT and SLEPT analysis. The last part is a result from the findings proposed solutions and changes that resulted from the analyzes .
Sports Club Information System

The aim of my work is to create a web database application which can be used as an information system of the sports club TJ Sokol Kolín. It should provide connected users possibility to administrate their own profile, communicate with others via the discussion forum, feed the information about different actions, keep records about scores of individual teams from last years, feed the documents, photos and captions to them. For insertion of the photos serves the php module of the photogallery, which should be easily transmittable and installed to other web aplications. To the unregistered users only selected data will be shown, which could be used only for reading. The system will be implemented with the use of scripting language PHP and the database server MySQL, further the marginal use of technology AJAX is taken into account.
Analysis of Football Club and Optimalization of its Management

Bachelor’s thesis is based on analysis of the football club FC ZBROJOVKA BRNO, and the further optimalization of its management. The thesis can be divided into several parts. The first part is devoted to the theoretical background of this work, in following parts the club is analysed via SLEPT and SWOT analysis, analysis of its budget and analysis of the organization structure. Thanks to all acquired data I introduce several proposals of solutions with their impacts as they were shown in analysis.

The building is covered with a flat roof and mounted on flat terrain. The total maximum capacity is 104 people.

Part of this work is to propose a process of important steps before the founding of the athletic club in this city.
